An international business based in Portsmouth are looking for an accounts assistant to join their growing finance team. The role will be an accounts assistant but predominantly focussing on credit control and sales ledger. Duties and Responsibilities: * Credit control * Sales Ledger * Dealing with customer queries * Chasing debt – phone, email etc * Assisting with invoicing * Producing Sales Ledger Statements * Sage 200 and Excel * Other Ad hoc tasks within finance – purchase ledger, reconciliations, scanning, filing, answering phone, monitoring emails This role is fully office based in Portsmouth and a 40 hour week, within busy open plan offices.
