Salary: £28,000 - £29,000 + uncapped commission. Realistic first-year earnings: £5,000-£10,000 commission.

Contract: Full-time. Location: In-Office.

We're looking for a warm, commercially minded Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of clients — strengthening relationships, driving renewals, and identifying growth opportunities along the way. This role is for someone who genuinely enjoys owning client outcomes, running confident commercial conversations, and making things happen by working closely with delivery and data teams. If you're consultative, proactive, and love being the go‑to person for your clients, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

  • Be the main point of contact for your client portfolio, ensuring delivery satisfaction while maximising retention and revenue growth.
  • Build trusted, long‑term relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Own client retention and renewal conversations, driving positive commercial outcomes.
  • Deliver regular performance reviews and reporting that clearly demonstrate value.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities, working closely with Sales and Delivery.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Create and maintain clear account plans, roadmaps, and Salesforce records.
  • Proactively manage issues and escalations, bringing them to resolution quickly.

  • A strong commercial mindset with the ability to read data and make recommendations.
  • Experience owning retention targets and renewal discussions.
  • Highly organised, with excellent communication skills.
  • Salesforce experience and basic data/analysis skills are a plus.
  • Empathetic, proactive, and solutions‑focused.

  • Quality and consistency of reporting and account plans.
