We are recruiting for an experienced and commercially focused Supply Chain Manager to join a well-established multisite organisation within the hospitality sector, based in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and analytical professional to oversee and optimise supply chain operations across multiple locations within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing procurement, forecasting, inventory control, supplier relationships, and logistics operations to ensure seamless supply and operational efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple hospitality sites
  • Oversee procurement, stock management, forecasting, and distribution processes to ensure operational continuity and cost efficiency
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and logistics providers
  • Use advanced Excel modelling and data analysis to forecast demand, monitor trends, and support strategic decision-making
  • Analyse supply chain performance data and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services while maintaining high operational standards
  • Collaborate closely with operations, finance, procurement, and site management teams
  • Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, and service agreements to maximise value and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, health
