Help Shape Outstanding Early Years Education
Are you an experienced Early Years leader with a passion for quality, compliance and supporting teams to achieve exceptional outcomes? We're recruiting a Regional Quality Advisor to support a portfolio of nursery settings across the South West. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your expertise to drive quality improvement, support inspection readiness and coach nursery leaders to deliver the very best experiences for children. Working closely with Regional Business Managers, Area Managers and Nursery Managers, you'll be instrumental in maintaining high standards and embedding best practice across the region.
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver quality audits and mock inspections across nursery settings.
- Support nurseries in preparing for inspections and achieving Good and Outstanding outcomes.
- Coach and mentor Nursery Managers and Area Managers to improve quality and compliance.
- Develop and monitor improvement plans, ensuring actions are completed effectively.
- Support the implementation of curriculum, policies and quality initiatives.
- Monitor quality performance using audit findings and action plans.
- Deliver training and guidance on EYFS, safeguarding and regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert support during inspections where required.
- Produce reports identifying strengths, risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with operational teams to drive continuous improvement across the region.
About You
- A Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification.
- Extensive knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
- Experience supporting multiple nursery settings in a regional, quality or operational role.
- A proven track record of improving quality standards and inspection outcomes.
- Experience coaching, mentoring and developing nursery leaders.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- A positive, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to influence others.

Travel
