Nursery Manager - What we’re looking for
- A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Childcare/Early Years.
- Previous management or strong leadership experience in a nursery or early years setting.
- Great knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements.
- A confident leader who is organised, proactive, and always puts children first.
- Above all - someone who lives and breathes early years and loves making a difference.
