What You’ll Do

  • Oversee and support 3 nursery settings to deliver outstanding childcare and Ofsted results.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives, ensuring excellence in EYFS delivery, curriculum planning, and safeguarding.
  • Work closely with Nursery Managers to drive best practice, professional development, and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular quality audits, compliance checks, and mock inspections.
  • Provide hands‑on coaching and mentoring to develop confident, capable leaders.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for children, families, and staff.

  • Each nursery achieving at least a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted rating.

About You

  • 2+ years’ experience in a senior early years or multi‑site management role.
  • A successful track record in improving quality and achieving Outstanding Ofsted outcomes.
  • Excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and SEND practice.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and people management skills.
  • A proactive, positive, and organised approach — with the flexibility to travel regionally.
