What You’ll Do
- Oversee and support 3 nursery settings to deliver outstanding childcare and Ofsted results.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives, ensuring excellence in EYFS delivery, curriculum planning, and safeguarding.
- Work closely with Nursery Managers to drive best practice, professional development, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular quality audits, compliance checks, and mock inspections.
- Provide hands‑on coaching and mentoring to develop confident, capable leaders.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for children, families, and staff.
What Success Looks Like
- Each nursery achieving at least a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted rating.

About You
- 2+ years’ experience in a senior early years or multi‑site management role.
- A successful track record in improving quality and achieving Outstanding Ofsted outcomes.
- Excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and SEND practice.
- Strong communication, coaching, and people management skills.
- A proactive, positive, and organised approach — with the flexibility to travel regionally.
