We have an exciting opportunity to join our EndoTherapy business unit, in the position of Territory Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing sales of the EndoTherapy product range on your territory across the South East of England. You will target and identify new business opportunities while proactively account managing and supporting our existing and expansive customer base, collaborating with all key internal and external stakeholders as required. Your role will involve demonstrating a range of EndoTherapy devices and products to clinical staff within hospital and clinical environments, conducting meetings with decision makers to grow market share, and providing after‑sales support.
Your responsibilities:
- Generating sales leads, managing pipeline with the in‑house CRM, and providing accurate forecasting of sales opportunities.
- Demonstrating EndoTherapy equipment to clinical staff and decision makers across the portfolio.
- Representing the organisation at face‑to‑face and virtual exhibitions, workshops, and educational meetings.
- Delivering training and sales support to customers.
- Collaborating with sales colleagues from other business units to promote holistic solutions and the Olympus brand.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrable sales experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals or life‑science.
- High integrity and professionalism.
- Collaborative and team‑oriented mindset.
- Strong organisational and planning skills for multiple demands and priorities.
- Commitment to exceptional customer experience.
- Full and valid UK driving licence, willingness to travel extensively within the South East of England, and residence within the region.
