Position Overview

The Territory Manager will promote and sell our surgical devices and endoscopy imaging products within their designated territory, engaging with healthcare professionals, providing technical expertise, and supporting clinical teams to ensure optimal product utilization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets within the territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and procurement teams
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for medical professionals
  • Provide technical support and after‑sales service to clients
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes
  • Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to maximize market penetration
