Your Responsibilities
- Accountability for production planning and control data structure (demand, capacity, productivity)
- Development of insights, analyses and recommendations for business strategy based on process and data flow expertise
- Design and implementation of reports and control methods for production parameters
- Continuous monitoring and allocation of responsibilities for problem solving across production processes
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Management methodologies and root-cause analysis
- Coordination with central service planning functions and collaboration across local stakeholders and EMEA network
- Establishment and optimization of systems, tools and controlling measures for daily production management down to bench level
- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety (H&S), environmental standards, 6S implementation and effective communication across teams
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years of experience in service/repair environments with strong operational planning expertise
- Sound knowledge of repair processes, process management and quality requirements
- Advanced skills in performance measurement, data analysis, reporting and technical tools (e.g., Excel, data structures, queries)
- Experience in continuous improvement (Lean methodologies)
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking and ability to derive actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management and teamwork capabilities within diverse environments
- High level of organization, multitasking ability, prioritization skills and cost awareness
- Leadership mindset with the ability to coach, facilitate workshops, support team development and drive results
- Fluent English, willingness to travel within EMEA and flexibility to support operational requirements (on-site presence required)
