Product Manager ENT

KeyMed (Medical & Industrial Equipment) Ltd. (OKM) | Therapeutic Solutions

We have an exciting opportunity to join Olympus as our ENT Product Manager for the UK & Ireland, taking commercial ownership of our ENT portfolio and helping shape how we grow the business across these markets.

This is a highly collaborative and commercially focused role. You will combine customer, market and portfolio expertise to develop our commercial strategy and translate it into clear priorities and actions for the business.

At the heart of the role is ownership of the Annual Commercial Plan (ACP). You will work closely with Sales and key functions across Olympus to build the plan, bring together market and customer insights, and define our strategic priorities across portfolio growth, pricing, marketing activities, professional education and Healthcare Professional Expert development.

Importantly, creating the plan is only the beginning. You will work closely with the sales organisation and other stakeholders to drive its execution, regularly evaluate progress and market developments, gather feedback and adjust our approach where needed.

Your responsibilities

  • Own, develop and drive execution of the Annual Commercial Plan for ENT, working closely with Sales and other functions to translate strategy into clear commercial priorities and actions.
  • Drive sustainable portfolio growth, with particular focus on agreed strategic priorities and growth opportunities.
  • Act as the commercial and clinical portfolio expert for ENT, developing a strong understanding of our products, procedures, customers, competitors and market.
  • Analyse customer, market and competitor developments and translate insights into commercial actions, value propositions, sales tools and portfolio strategy.
  • Work closely with the sales organisation to ensure commercial plans are understood, implemented and regularly evaluated, using field feedback and market insights to adjust activities where required.
  • Build and develop strong relationships with Healthcare Professional Experts, working with the sales organisation to identify experts, develop engagement plans and capture unmet customer and clinical needs.
  • Take ownership of product lifecycle management, including product launches, portfolio changes and product discontinuations, ensuring clear positioning and effective communication.
  • Develop and support product positioning, pricing initiatives, marketing materials, professional education, congresses, courses and other customer-facing activities.
  • Support commercial forecasting and portfolio performance reviews, highlighting opportunities, risks and actions required.
  • Foster strong cross-business-unit and cross-functional collaboration, connecting ENT with Sales, Professional Education, Pricing, Marketing, Finance, Quality, Regulatory and other relevant teams.
  • Support and train the sales organisation, ensuring colleagues have the portfolio knowledge, value propositions and commercial tools required to succeed.
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality and patient safety, supporting product-related quality activities and ensuring commercial decisions and activities reflect Olympus standards.

We are looking for someone who combines commercial drive with strong collaboration and ownership. You should be comfortable setting direction while also working hands‑on with Sales and other functions to make things happen.

You will be someone who is curious about the market, listens to customers and colleagues, uses insights to make decisions and takes accountability for turning plans into results.

Important attributes and experience includes:

  • Experience in product management, marketing, sales or a related commercial role within healthcare or medical devices.
  • Previous experience in a clinical environment is advantageous, but not essential.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect market insights, customer needs and portfolio strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex information into clear priorities and actions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both commercial and clinical stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across different functions and business units.
  • Comfortable taking ownership and accountability, working independently and finding solutions to complex challenges.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • An engaging approach to training and developing others.
  • A commitment to quality, compliance and patient safety.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland and occasionally work outside normal working hours.
  • A full, valid driving licence.
  • Patient Focus – We put patients at the heart of everything
  • Integrity – We do the right thing
  • Innovation – We look for new ways to make things better
  • Impact – We take accountability and get things done
  • Empathy – We care for one another and work together
  • In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive a generous annual leave entitlement
  • You will be eligible to receive private medical cover
  • Comprehensive company pension scheme
  • You will receive an annual health check with BUPA, funded by us
  • Employee Assistance Program to support your health, mental and emotional‑wellbeing
  • At our HQ, we have a subsidised staff restaurant and free parking
  • Other benefits include discounted gym and wellness memberships, cashback and discounts with major UK retailers
