Preparation and powder coating components to current drawings and visual standards, using current electrostatic powder delivery system.
Key Result Areas- Production of high-quality powder coated components
- Complete objectives and targets set by the reporting Team Leader and strive to improve all factors within their area
- Maintaining the highest quality standards
- On time delivery to customer
- Successful completion of mandatory training
- Compliance with Health & Safety & Environmental procedures
- Implement and work to all applicable regulatory and quality requirements as stipulated within the KeyMed Quality Manual, Quality Policy, and Quality Objectives.
- Implement and work to all applicable Health, Safety and Environmental requirements as stipulated within the HSE Manual, HSE Policies, and HSE Objectives.
- Prepare manufactured components for powder coating.
- Assist the Team leader in achieving on time and in full delivery.
- De-mask and visual inspection of powder coated work to current visual standards.
- Pack finished component ready for transportation to customer.
- Actively be involved in 6S activities.
- Take responsibility of local inventory.
- Undertake any assignment or duty as required by business needs.
1 year's previous experience of working inside a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong work ethic.
