Responsibilities

  • Direct sales and promotion of the Olympus Respiratory and Endosonography (RES) product portfolio in London, Surrey, Kent, and Sussex.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, prospects, and key accounts for targeted marketing and sales efforts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and in‑service training sessions for healthcare professionals to showcase the features and benefits of our respiratory and endosonography equipment.
  • Collaborate with internal sales support, marketing, and technical teams to address customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, including respiratory therapists, pulmonologists, gastroenterologists, and other associated healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct regular meetings and communications with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide ongoing support and assistance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering expertise and guidance on our product offerings, industry trends, and best practices in respiratory and endosonography procedures.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to respiratory and endosonography equipment and procedures in the designated territory.
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement, new product development, and market expansion.
  • Use CRM to provide regular reports and sales activity updates, market trends, and customer feedback to management and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Degree level qualification – desirable.
  • Experience within a field sales environment, within the healthcare or medical device sector.
  • Self‑motivated with a strong will to succeed.
  • Highly skilled in organising and planning multiple demands and priorities.
  • Demonstrates high levels of integrity in dealings with external and internal customers.
  • Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills.
  • Highly motivated to provide exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Focused on personal continuous improvement and development.
  • Car driver with a valid driving licence.
