Production Team Leader – rotating shifts

Your responsibilities
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- 5.30am – 2pm & 1.30pm – 10pm, alternating weekly
- To support Management to ensure all Production activities for the shift are completed and in line with Company processes.
- To support the Management team with people management of any direct reports on low level employee relation topics, including risk assessments, return to works, interviews, performance reviews and investigations
- Monitor, communicate and investigate any issues that prevent KPI’s not being achieved or issues with the standard of quality
- To support Operators in completing their roles – cleanroom / assembly / injection moulding
- To ensure materials are available, components are built to the correct requirements, raise run rates and set-up equipment
- Ensure all quality checks are completed using a right first time method and complete quality patrol inspections
- Deputise for the Shift Leader at times of absence or unavailability
- To work as a team to help complete and action any KPI’s for your team and site
Qualifications
There are no qualifications needed for this role; however previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment and managing a team is essential.
