We have an exciting opportunity to join the Olympus Endotherapy business unit as a Territory Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing sales of the product range on your territory which will be across Scotland. You will target and identify new business opportunities whilst proactively account managing and supporting our existing and expansive customer base, collaborating with all key internal and external stakeholders as required.

Your role will involve demonstrating a range of EndoTherapy devices and products to clinical staff within hospital and clinical environments, and conducting meetings with a range of decision makers with a view to growing market share for the portfolio, as well as providing after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales opportunities within your territory through to successful completion.
  • Professionally represent the organisation at face to face/virtual exhibitions, workshops and educational meetings.
  • Deliver support for new and existing customers across the product portfolio.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations tailored to customer requirements, and communicate Olympus solutions & value propositions.
  • Strategically manage customer relationships & sales activities, including the use of our CRM to effectively manage the business on territory.
  • Effectively manage and accurately forecast sales opportunities.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Demonstrable sales experience, ideally within a relevant industry such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or life-science.
  • High levels of integrity in what you do and how you do it.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented.
  • Skilled in organising and planning multiple demands & priorities.
  • Commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.

This role will manage a territory across Scotland, which will involve visiting customers, demonstrating equipment, attending events and therefore require significant travel – so you must have a full and valid driving license, permitting you to drive in the UK. You must also live in a suitable location to manage the geography.
