Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of NHS and private healthcare clients across a defined territory, covering a range of counties and clinical settings. Expect variety. Some days you will be supporting consultants in operating theatres, other days you will be working alongside teams in outpatient clinics or meeting with stakeholders to plan service delivery.

This is a role suited to someone who thrives on autonomy and takes ownership of their time. You will be responsible for planning your own diary, managing your business area, and making informed decisions to ensure your time and resources are used effectively. It is your territory, and you will be trusted to run it with professionalism and purpose.

This is a field based role where you will visit hospitals and clinics across Durham, North West and South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Northampton, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, and part of Essex.

Key duties

  • Managing the sales opportunities within your territory through to successful completion using ISP
  • Accurate & regular forecasting of sales opportunities.
  • Professionally represent the organisation at face to face/virtual exhibitions, workshops and educational meetings
  • Deliver post sales training, commissioning and support for new and existing customers across product portfolio.
  • Develop and deliver customer sales presentations in conjunction with customer requirements and communicate Olympus solutions & value propositions
  • Ensure diary is managed effectively to maximise customer interactions & manage sales activities through the effective use of CRM.

Your qualification

  • Experience within a field sales environment, ideally within the healthcare industry
  • Self-motivated with a strong will to succeed
  • Highly skilled in organising and planning multiple demands & priorities
  • Demonstrates high levels of integrity in dealings with external & internal customers
  • Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
  • Highly motivated to provide exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Focussed personal continuous improvement & development

You will need a valid driving license to be considered for this role
