Olympus has an exciting opportunity to join the Endotherapy Business Unit as a Territory Sales Manager covering the Scotland territory.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the direct sales of the Olympus Endotherapy product portfolio across your assigned territory. You will work closely with clinical teams within hospitals, delivering product demonstrations, supporting procurement discussions, and developing strong customer relationships to grow market share. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to demonstrate and support advanced medical equipment within clinical environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales opportunities within your territory through to successful completion using the Integrated Sales Process (ISP).
  • Provide accurate and regular forecasting of sales opportunities.
  • Demonstrate Olympus Endotherapy products to clinical staff within hospital settings.
  • Conduct meetings with business and procurement managers to support purchasing decisions and grow market share.
  • Professionally represent Olympus at exhibitions, workshops, and educational meetings, both in person and virtually.
  • Deliver post-sales training, commissioning, and ongoing support for new and existing customers across the product portfolio.
  • Develop and deliver tailored customer presentations that clearly communicate Olympus solutions and value propositions.
  • Effectively manage your diary to maximise customer interactions and sales activity.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage opportunities through the CRM system.
  • Manage clinical activities within endoscopy and theatre environments, including on-patient demonstrations, product demonstrations, and clinical meetings.
  • Proactively utilise the Integrated Sales Process and effective selling techniques to progress opportunities.
  • Maintain a strong and up-to-date understanding of the Endotherapy product portfolio.
