Your Responsibilities You will be responsible for the direct sales and promotion of the Olympus Respiratory and Endosonography (RES) product portfolio on the designated territory London, Surrey, Kent, Sussex.
This will involve you demonstrating equipment across your portfolio and demonstrating robust technical product knowledge, selling and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities Sales Management Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, prospects, and key accounts for targeted marketing and sales efforts.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and in‑service training sessions for healthcare professionals to showcase the features and benefits of our respiratory and endosonography equipment.
Collaborate with internal sales support, marketing, and technical teams to address customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers, including respiratory therapists, pulmonologists, gastroenterologists, and other associated healthcare professionals.
Conduct regular meetings and communications with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide ongoing support and assistance.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering expertise and guidance on our product offerings, industry trends, and best practices in respiratory and endosonography procedures.
Market Analysis Intelligence and Trends Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to respiratory and endosonography equipment and procedures in the designated territory.
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement, new product development, and market expansion.
Using CRM provide regular reports and sales activity updates, market trends, and customer feedback to management and relevant stakeholders.
Your Qualifications Degree level qualification – desirable.
Experience within a field sales environment, within the healthcare or medical device sector.
Self‑motivated with a strong will to succeed.
Highly skilled in organising and planning multiple demands & priorities.
Demonstrates high levels of integrity in dealings with external & internal customers.
Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills.
