We have an exciting opportunity to join our Endotherapy business unit as a Territory Manager.
Your Responsibilities
This post is responsible for establishing direct sales of the Olympus Endotherapy product range. Endoscopy marketing is growing by double digits due to investment in bowel cancer screening and managing patient backlogs. As a market‑leading endoscopy partner, we are exploring new and exciting ways to bring our Endotherapy products to market through different revenue models and focusing on excellent service to retain our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Direct sales and promotion of the Olympus Endotherapy product portfolio in the designated territory.
- Demonstrating equipment and robust technical product knowledge; selling and communication skills.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, prospects, and key accounts for targeted marketing and sales efforts.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and in‑service training sessions for healthcare professionals to showcase the features and benefits of our endotherapy products.
- Collaborate with internal sales support, marketing, and technical teams to address customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers including gastroenterologists and other associated healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular meetings and communications with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide ongoing support and assistance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering expertise and guidance on our product offerings, industry trends, and best practices in endoscopy procedures.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to endotherapy equipment and procedures in the designated territory.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement, new product development, and market expansion.
- Using CRM to provide regular reports and sales activity updates, market trends, and customer feedback to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Stay current on product knowledge, clinical applications, and industry developments related to endotherapy equipment through ongoing training and professional development activities.
- Provide training and educational resources to customers and key stakeholders on product features, usage guidelines, and best practices in endoscopy procedures.
Your Qualifications
- Medical background preferred but not essential.
- Experience within a field sales environment, ideally within the healthcare industry strongly preferred.
- Self‑motivated with a strong will to succeed.
- Highly skilled in organising and planning multiple demands & priorities.
- Demonstrates high levels of integrity in dealings with external & internal customers.
- Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills.
- Highly motivated to provide exceptional customer satisfaction.
