Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for healthcare solutions? Olympus is seeking a dedicated Territory Manager to lead the sales of our Gastro and Respiratory product portfolio across your designated region (Liverpool, North Wales, Lancashire, Cumbria, and Shrewsbury and Telford). Please note this is a field-based role but you will need to live in the above geographical patch to be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and expand market presence for Olympus Gastro and Respiratory products within your territory.
  • Cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals & clinics.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, training, and educational sessions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and post-sales service.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and in-service training sessions for healthcare professionals to showcase the features and benefits of the equipment.
  • Collaborate with internal sales support, marketing, and technical teams to address customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

What experience is required for this role?

  • Medical background preferred but not essential.
  • Experience within a field sales environment, ideally within the healthcare industry strongly preferred.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
