- Sales revenue and gross margin for region (measured monthly)
- Manage relevant customer concerns in line with quality objectives, close with customer (15 days), close investigation (60 days) (measured quarterly)
- Produce a quarterly regional report for the Director, Business Unit detailing any significant changes in competition and hospital activity (measured quarterly)
- Timely and accurate provision of sales forecast to the Director, Business Unit twice per month (measured monthly) – ensure effective use of CRM system to provide optimal
