Patchway Community School is seeking a dedicated Student Support Case Worker to support students experiencing emotional-based school avoidance and improve attendance.

You will work with families, pastoral teams and external agencies to remove barriers to education and promote inclusive learning.

The role is fixed term, term-time only plus INSETs, 30 hours per week, starting 1st September 2026, with a pay scale of Grade 8.
