What will you be doing day to day?
- Greet guests with a warm welcome.
- Make food and drink recommendations, take orders and serve.
- Learn the names and personally recognize our regulars.
- Clear tables and reset for new guests and sweep any debris so the area is pristine.
- Replenish crockery for seamless service.
- Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to the restaurant manager.
- Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
- Work as a team player at all times.
- Occasionally help other areas of the business as requested.
- Make sure all checklists and cleaning rotas are adhered to.
