Olympic Lifts is a leading provider of lift installation, maintenance, and modernisation services across Northern Ireland. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a driven and commercially focused Contract Sales Executive to join our team.
The Role
As a Contract Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing client relationships, with a focus on selling lift maintenance, repairs, modernisation packages, and service contracts. This will involve close collaboration with internal technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new lift maintenance and service contract opportunities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers
- Organise site surveys for the technical team to assess lift systems and recommend service solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline
- Work closely with operations and engineering teams to ensure smooth service delivery
About You
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role (B2B preferred)
- Experience selling service or maintenance contracts is highly desirable
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and well organised
- Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience within the lift, engineering, construction, or facilities management sector
- Technical understanding of lift systems
- Knowledge of service contracts or compliance-driven industries
