Are you an experienced security professional with a strong track record across complex, high-footfall environments? We’re looking for a Specialist Estate Security Support professional to join on a 12-month full-time contract, supporting the delivery of security operations across a large-scale, high footfall estate.
Reporting directly to the Head of Security, you’ll play a key supporting role in delivering robust, compliant, and operationally effective security solutions. This is not a leadership role, but one where your expertise will directly influence planning, assurance, and operational readiness.
- Support defined security planning and mobilisation workstreams across complex sites or estates
- Review, challenge, and quality-assure operational security outputs
- Contribute to continuous improvement of security processes, resilience planning, and incident readiness
Proven experience in security operations within high-footfall, complex environments (e.g. estates, major venues, major commercial assets).
Strong understanding of emergency planning, resilience, and governance frameworks.
