This is a brilliant opportunity for a creative, confident and highly organised social content specialist who loves being on-site, capturing live moments, spotting stories and creating engaging content that feels authentic, immediate and on-brand. You’ll be embedded within the Olympia Estate, working closely with occupiers, partners, events teams and the Social Media Lead to capture the energy, progress and personality of one of London’s most exciting destination developments.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Capturing photo and video content on-site
  • Creating social-first content across Reels, Stories and TikTok
  • Supporting live event coverage
  • Liaising with occupiers, partners and agencies
  • Managing influencer briefs
  • Maintaining content libraries
  • Producing weekly social media reports

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Brand social media content creation experience
  • Strong mobile video and photography skills
  • CapCut or similar editing experience
  • Influencer outreach and brief management experience
  • Confidence interpreting and reporting on social media data
  • The ability to work comfortably on-site in a fast-moving environment

Experience within retail, F&B, events or destination environments would be a real advantage. This role would suit someone energetic, creative and commercially aware — someone who knows how to capture the right moment, turn it around quickly and make social channels feel alive.
