Olympia Estate Services, based at the Olympia estate in Hammersmith, requires an experienced FP&A modeller to architect the forecasting and reporting infrastructure for a complex multi-entity real estate portfolio. You will lead design and build of consolidation files (OpCo/PropCo) and establish standardised model suites with robust integrity checks. You will translate outputs into board, lender and management reporting, linking forecasts and KPIs to reporting requirements for operators.
