Shape the future of one of London's most ambitious destinations.

Following a landmark £1.3bn transformation, Olympia has been reimagined as a world-class mixed-use destination where culture, entertainment, business and hospitality come together.

Spanning 12 acres, the estate now includes 550,000 sq ft of Grade A workspace, two hotels, award-winning venues, restaurants, bars and vibrant public realm - creating one of London's most exciting real estate destinations.

We're looking for a commercially minded property leader to drive the operational and commercial performance of this landmark estate.

Working at the intersection of property management and asset management, you'll lead property strategy, lease and service charge governance, occupier relationships and estate performance, helping protect long-term value while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You'll bring a strong track record managing complex mixed-use, retail or destination assets and understand what it takes to operate large, customer-facing estates.

You'll recognise how leasing strategy, operational excellence and occupier experience combine to maximise asset performance, while confidently influencing investors, occupiers and senior stakeholders through sound commercial judgement and credibility.

This is a rare opportunity to play a defining role in the continued evolution of one of the UK's most significant regeneration projects.
