About Olumia

Olumia is the intelligence layer for AI code assistant spend. Engineering orgs are pouring money into Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, etc — and finance has almost no visibility into where it goes or whether it's working. We connect to those tools' admin APIs and give finance, IT, and engineering leaders one place to see spend, usage, ROI, and forecasts — and to catch waste like unused licenses and anomalies before renewal. Think FinOps for the AI coding stack.

The role

We're early: founder-led sales, first enterprise customers onboarding now, pre-seed underway. This is our first sales hire, and you'll own outbound end to end — finding and qualifying enterprise buyers, building the top of the funnel, and turning what works into a motion that scales beyond the founder. You'll work directly with the founder to sharpen messaging based on what actually lands in conversations. Founding sales is a craft, not a script.

What you'll do

  • Run outbound to CFOs, COOs, and AI/engineering leaders at companies with 1,000 engineers.
  • Book and qualify demo calls for the founder (and grow into running your own as we scale).
  • Sharpen the messaging based on what's landing in real conversations.
  • Build the outbound playbook that scales beyond founder-led sales.

What we're looking for

  • 2 years of B2B SaaS outbound, ideally selling to finance or engineering leaders.
  • Strong, personalized written communication — you'll draft and tailor dozens of messages a week.
  • Comfortable engaging C-suite and senior buyers consultatively.
  • English fluency (C1) — customer conversations and internal docs are in English.
  • Thrive in a pre-revenue startup where direction shifts often.
  • Self-directed and process-oriented — you build the system, not just work it.

Nice to have

  • Sold FinOps, cloud cost, developer tools, or usage-based/billing products.
  • Familiar with AI/LLM tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, OpenAI).
  • Helped stand up an early sales motion from scratch.

What we offer

  • Founding-team equity (meaningful, structured for early hires).
  • Base salary + uncapped commission on closed deals.
  • Remote-first within EMEA, with yearly in-person team time.
