Your Role at a Glance

As a Logistics Coordinator in our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless supply chain operations that support the growth and efficiency of our business. Your main focus will be managing international freight, Amazon FBA logistics, vendor replenishment, freight coordination, and warehouse operations, ensuring timely and cost‑effective inventory flow by working in close collaboration with vendors, freight partners, and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone with both wholesale/retailer experience as well as a deep understanding of Amazon’s logistics ecosystem and strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, who is excited to work in a fast‑paced, growing start‑up with a talented team. Your work will directly impact our e‑commerce fulfilment strategy and operational performance and contribute to shaping our ongoing success.

Location & Flexibility

  • Full‑time, permanent role
  • 40 hours per week, 9 am to 6 pm with a one‑hour lunch
  • This position is hybrid, with the expectation to go to the London office at least 1 day per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate international freight shipments, negotiate carrier rates, and track deliveries to ensure cost‑effective, on‑time arrivals.
  • Track shipments and update internal stakeholders on ETA changes, delays, or exceptions, while communicating with freight forwarders to gather updates and resolve basic issues.
  • Oversee warehouse operations (receiving, storing, and shipping) to improve efficiency and inventory accuracy.
  • Collaborate with purchasing, sales, and customer service to align logistics with business needs.
  • Manage Amazon FBA and Vendor inventory replenishment, including order placement and ensuring timely deliveries, while using Amazon Seller and Vendor Central to monitor inventory, resolve discrepancies, and handle logistics issues.
  • Analyze logistics data to track KPIs, drive improvements, and reduce costs.
  • Stay informed on international freight regulations, trade compliance requirements, and industry developments to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure communication is transparent and proactive, so all stakeholders across teams are updated, especially where commercial results are relying on it.

About You

  • 1+ years of logistics experience, with focus on international freight (ocean and air), and warehouse operations.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms, basic freight cost structures, international shipping documentation (B/L, AWB, commercial invoices, packing lists), and fundamental customs clearance processes including HS codes, duties, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with WMS and inventory control preferred.
  • Supply chain/logistics certification is a plus.
