Your Role at a Glance
As a Global Brand Manager in our team, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and acceleration of our portfolio of beauty and personal care brands beyond Amazon into a true omnichannel presence. This is a broad, high‑impact, “glocal” role combining brand development, consumer experience, and brand activation across key markets. You will shape this role as much as you deliver on it, working closely with our Senior Brand Marketing Director to define and execute global brand initiatives. Acting as the guardian and champion of the brand, you will drive both long‑term vision and hands‑on execution while collaborating with product, creative, digital commerce, and commercial teams. Your work will directly impact the growth and presence of our global personal care brands and contribute to shaping the success of Olsam.
Location & Flexibility
Full‑time, permanent role based at our modern office in Runway East, London. Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 9 am to 6 pm with a one‑hour lunch. This position is hybrid, with the expectation to go to the London office 3 days per week (more if you’d like).
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Development & Experience
- Support in shaping and evolving the global brand positioning and identity, ensuring clarity, consistency, and relevance across markets.
- Develop and maintain brand playbooks, guidelines, and toolkits to enable consistent consumer experiences.
- Act as the brand guardian, ensuring all communications, packaging, and activations reflect the brand’s DNA.
- Embed the voice of the consumer at the heart of all brand decisions, using insights and real‑world understanding to shape brand identity, messaging, product experiences, and activations across channels.
- Brand Activation & Execution
- Partner with product, creative, digital commerce, and commercial teams to develop and execute go‑to‑market plans at pace.
- Lead omnichannel campaigns across e‑commerce, retail, social media, PR, and community platforms.
- Manage external agency partners (creative, PR, social, digital) to deliver high‑quality brand activations.
- Ensure local market execution aligns with global brand identity while allowing for market‑specific adaptation (“glocal” approach).
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate brand initiatives into actionable plans and measurable results.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on brand opportunities, challenges, and growth initiatives.
About You
- Proven experience in beauty, personal care, or men’s grooming brands, ideally across multiple categories.
- Hands‑on experience shaping brand identity, messaging, and consumer experiences across channels.
- Experience leading omnichannel campaigns and executing brand activation in multiple markets.
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong creative sensibility and understanding of digital/social trends.
- Excellent communication, agency management, and stakeholder partnership skills.
