This role is responsible for delivering profitable online revenue growth through strong digital trading, site and platform optimisation, performance marketing effectiveness, CRM optimisation, and continuous improvement of the customer journey. Working closely with Brand, Creative, Product, and Growth teams, you will own the day‑to‑day trading performance of our DTC channel while shaping the optimisation roadmap across acquisition, conversion, and retention. You will also manage key platform and agency partners, ensuring our digital ecosystem is set up to scale. This is a high‑impact role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
Location & Flexibility
- Full‑time, permanent role based at our modern office in Runway East, London
- 40 hours per week, 9 am to 6 pm with a one‑hour lunch
- Hybrid: expect to attend the office at least 2 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Trading & Revenue Performance: Own the day‑to‑day trading performance of the DTC channel, ensuring delivery against revenue and margin targets, and diligently managing the P&L. Plan and execute the digital trading calendar, including launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and commercial moments, ensuring this works in the context of other digital commerce channels and the wider omni‑channel commercial plan. Optimise pricing and promotional mechanics (bundles, discounting structures, offers, etc.) to maximise revenue and profitability. Monitor product performance, AOV, and merchandising effectiveness to drive commercial growth. Manage the Shopify platform, ensuring site merchandising, navigation, and trading execution support conversion and revenue goals.
- Performance Marketing & Acquisition: Drive performance marketing outcomes across paid media channels in partnership with agencies and internal teams. Manage budgets and channel mix to maximise ROI, CAC efficiency, and scalable revenue growth. Ensure campaigns are aligned with trading priorities, launches, and promotional moments. Continuously test and identify new acquisition opportunities and scalable growth levers.
- Conversion & Customer Journey Optimisation: Own conversion rate performance and optimisation roadmap across the full funnel. Analyse site behaviour, checkout performance, and customer journeys to identify friction and growth opportunities. Lead testing frameworks across landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows. Partner with Brand and Creative teams to ensure calendar, UX, messaging, and visual execution support brand ambitions and conversion objectives.
- CRM & Lifecycle Marketing: Lead CRM performance and revenue contribution via lifecycle marketing programmes. Develop and optimise flows, segmentation, and retention strategies using Klaviyo. Improve repeat purchase rate, customer engagement, and lifetime value through targeted communication strategies. Ensure CRM supports trading priorities, product launches, and promotional cadence.
- Social & Emerging Commerce: Partner with Brand teams to support platform‑native social commerce initiatives and revenue opportunities. Support influencer, creator, and community‑driven initiatives that contribute to digital sales growth. Test emerging commerce features and channels where relevant.
- Analytics, Reporting & Insight: Own weekly and monthly digital performance reporting, providing clear insight on revenue, funnel metrics, and marketing efficiency. Translate data into actionable recommendations to improve performance. Monitor attribution, tracking, and reporting accuracy across platforms and partners. Provide performance forecasts to support planning and budgeting processes.
- Partner & Platform Management: Manage external agencies and technology partners supporting digital growth. Act as the key owner of the Shopify ecosystem, ensuring integrations, apps, and performance are optimised for scale. Identify and embed new tools and technologies, seizing opportunities to scale performance, drive efficiency and improve the customer journey through automation, tooling, smart workflows and AI‑driven solutions. Be our thought‑leader in this space, keeping up to date with industry trends, techniques and technologies.
