The Leeds operation has an established presence in the market and provides an excellent platform for an ambitious manager to build upon.
The Role
As Business Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the continued development and commercial performance of the Leeds operation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and developing the local customer base
- Winning new business across the Leeds and surrounding industrial market
- Strengthening existing customer relationships
- Growing sales, margin and profitability
- Building strong long-term customer and supplier relationships
- Leading and developing the local team
- Managing stock, purchasing and commercial performance
- Identifying opportunities to increase market share and further grow the business
About You
You may already be an experienced Branch Manager or Business Manager, or you could be a successful External Sales, Key Account or senior commercial professional ready to take the next step.
Experience within industrial electrical distribution, electrical wholesale, mechanical distribution, MRO, automation or a closely related industrial market would be highly relevant.
Most importantly, you’ll have a strong commercial track record, good knowledge of your local market and the drive to develop and grow a successful business.
