Graduate Trainee Sales Executive in Cardiff

The Role

• Building strong relationships with customers over the phone and via email.
• Preparing quotations and responding to customer enquiries.
• Developing an in-depth understanding of HVAC, BMS and associated technical products.
• Supporting customers with product selection and technical advice.
• Working closely with suppliers and colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Identifying opportunities to grow existing customer accounts.
• Developing the confidence and commercial skills to generate new business opportunities.
• Progressing towards managing your own portfolio of customer accounts.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, motivated and eager to build a long-term career. You’ll ideally have:

• A degree or equivalent qualification, or previous experience within a customer-facing or commercial environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
• A genuine interest in building a successful career in business-to-business sales.
