The new Cardiff operation creates an opportunity for somebody to join at the very beginning and put their own stamp on the business.
The Role
As Business Manager, you’ll take responsibility for establishing and developing the Cardiff operation.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and developing a strong local customer base
- Winning new business across the Cardiff industrial market
- Developing existing industry contacts and relationships
- Growing sales, margin and profitability
- Building strong long-term customer and supplier relationships
- Recruiting and developing the local team
- Managing stock, purchasing and commercial performance
- Establishing the business as a leading supplier within its local market
About You
You may already be an experienced Branch Manager or Business Manager, or you could be a successful External Sales, Key Account or senior commercial professional ready to take the next step.
Experience within industrial electrical distribution, electrical wholesale, mechanical distribution, MRO, automation or a closely related industrial market would be highly relevant.
Most importantly, you’ll have a strong commercial track record, good knowledge of your local market and the drive to build and grow a successful business.
