About the role - DFYNE Your Career:
I’m looking for someone who’s going to help us take DFYNE compliance processes to the next level. The role sits across both People & Culture and Finance, giving you a unique seat at the table. You’ll be our go-to person for all things compliance, from employment law and payroll accuracy to financial controls, GDPR, and audit readiness. You’ll help us stay ahead of risk, keep our processes clean and consistent, and make sure we’re operating in a way that’s safe, ethical, and future proof. It’s a role with real impact, real visibility, and a real opportunity to shape how we grow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Keeping us compliant across People & Culture and Finance, specifically employment law, payroll, tax, GDPR, financial controls.
- Maintaining and improving policies, procedures, and internal control frameworks.
- Supporting statutory reporting, audits, and regulatory submissions.
- Ensuring HR processes such as right to work, onboarding, ER governance, training.
Experience Needed:
No experience needed, but a strong background in P&C/Finance compliance is desirable.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of HR and Finance compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to translate legislation into practical, human-friendly processes.
- Confident communicator who can explain complex things simply.
- Analytical, organised, and solutions focused.
- Comfortable using HRIS, payroll systems, or financial tools.
