About the role - DFYNE Your Career:

First off, it’s best I introduce myself (person behind the keyboard here) it’s not the norm on a job spec, but I feel it’s important you get introduced to who you may be working alongside for a long time. I’m Oscar, Founder and CEO at DFYNE. I’m looking for someone who’s going to help us build a supply chain that matches the ambition and professionalism of our brand.

The Chief of Supply Chain owns the complete product lifecycle at DFYNE, from the moment designs are signed off and ready for production, through to customer delivery and returns back into warehousing. This is end-to-end accountability, not a slice of it.

This role is central to how DFYNE scales. You’ll align our supply chain functions across the organisation, balance cost with customer experience and build the kind of operational resilience that lets a fast-growing brand keep its promises at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end supply chain strategy, aligning every function with organisational goals while balancing cost with service to maximise profitability.

• Lead global warehousing, balancing operational complexity with cost efficiency and nearshoring to reduce our carbon footprint.

• Drive procurement and vendor management, partnering with the Chief of Product on sourcing, supplier agreements, and cash flow.

• Lead digital transformation, embedding automation and analytics for real-time visibility and efficiencies.

• Aid sustainability and compliance, from ethical sourcing to global trade and environmental standards.

• Build and lead a high performing team, setting clear KPIs and empowering people to deliver.

Experience Needed:

• Proven track record in supply chain leadership within high growth, direct to consumer or consumer brand environments.

• Demonstrable experience scaling supply chain operations across multiple markets.

• Strong background in global warehousing, procurement, and vendor management.

• Experience driving digital transformation and technology adoption within supply chain functions.

• Track record of building and leading high performing operational teams.
