The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

My client is a progressive regional firm of Independent Financial Planners in Cardiff, providing their clients with Independent Financial Advice. The Independent Financial Advisor will be responsible for financial planning, retirement planning, investments, and providing financial advisory services. Some work from home is acceptable in this role (2/3 days).

All clients and leads are supplied (80-100 HNW), so there is no need to bring a client book when you join the business, although this would be advantageous. You will have full use of the Administration and Paraplanning team, to make sure that a high level of customer service is offered at all times.

The Independent Financial Adviser will carry out the following:

  • Attend regular meetings with the technical team and colleagues.
  • Efficient remote financial advice.
  • Act in a professional manner at all times.
  • Complete all documentation required by the business.
  • Act in accordance with the FCA Code of Conduct for company representatives.

Skills and experience:

  • Ability to build / maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Professional approach.
  • Drive and determination to succeed.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of computer systems.

You WILL be required to hold the Level 4 qualification as a minimum in Financial Advice, although Chartered qualified is a preference.
