An established international brokerage firm is looking to strengthen its institutional markets team with an experienced Broker who brings an existing client network and a strong track record within financial markets. This opportunity is ideal for a commercially driven broker who enjoys relationship management, business development and operating in a fast-paced international environment.

The Role

  • You will manage and develop institutional client relationships, support daily market activity and contribute to the continued growth of a successful brokerage desk.
  • Working alongside experienced market professionals, you will play a key role in maintaining and expanding client activity across financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of institutional clients
  • Develop new business opportunities and strengthen market relationships
  • Support pricing, execution and daily market activity
  • Deliver high-quality service to clients and counterparties
  • Maintain strong relationships with market participants
  • Contribute to revenue growth and business development initiatives
  • Collaborate with colleagues across international offices
  • Monitor market developments and identify new opportunities

Your Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Broker within financial markets
  • Existing client relationships and proven business development experience
  • Demonstrated track record of revenue generation
  • Strong understanding of institutional financial markets
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong commercial drive
  • Ability to build trust with sophisticated market participants
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

Preferred Background

  • Experience gained within:
    • Interdealer Brokerage
    • Institutional Brokerage
    • Fixed Income Markets
    • Foreign Exchange Markets
    • Capital Markets

Languages

  • Fluent English required
  • Additional European languages are a plus
