BRAND MANAGER (Reporting to the Marketing Director) THE ROLE We're looking for an ambitious Brand Manager with 1–2+ years' FMCG marketing experience who's excited by the opportunity to help build one of the UK's fastest-growing snack brands.

Working alongside our Marketing Director, you'll get stuck into everything from big brand campaigns and exciting product launches to shopper marketing, consumer insight and plenty of brilliantly random opportunities that come with working at a fast-growing challenger brand – turning big ideas into excellent execution.

THE GLORIOUS DAY TO DAY Campaigns & Brand Activation Manage campaigns from brief through delivery.

Keep agencies, suppliers & teammates moving in same direction.

Build campaign plans and activation toolkits.

Support events, partnerships and sampling.

Measure performance and capture learnings.

Consumer Insight & Innovation Lead consumer research and category analysis.

Keep an eye on trends, competitors and new product launches.

Coordinate product testing and validation.

Support launch planning and post-launch reviews.

Shopper Marketing Deliver shopper marketing campaigns.

Create retail activation materials.

Coordinate trade marketing assets.

Support sampling programmes.

Performance & Reporting Track campaign KPIs and brand health.

Produce monthly performance reports.

Share insights and recommendations.

Teamwork & Organisation Support and develop the Marketing Executive.

Work closely with broader internal team and external partners.

Keep projects moving with brilliant organisation and initiative.
