Client: My client is a manufacturer of HVAC Air Management Products. They are looking for a Project Manager to join their team. The senior management team have extensive industry experience and are well renowned within the UK, with a huge bank of key clients and potential clients.
Role: Ideally, located within commutable distance of Bradford or Leeds. The successful applicant will have a proven track record of Air Handling Units or Acoustic Enclosures Project Management. Candidates from a Ventilation or Structural Steel background may be considered, but all candidates must be from a manufacturing background and familiar with a manufacturing/production process and able to project cost track. As my client has extensive expansion plans, they are looking for someone who wants to progress their career and grow within a large organisation. This role is primarily office-based with one day working from home allowed.
Requirements:
- Air Handling Units - Project Management experience preferred
- Acoustic Enclosures or Structural Steel background may be considered
- Manufacturing background
- Manage specialist subcontractors, typically responsible for M&E fit-out/testing, and site installation.
- Attend site as required to monitor progress and performance, resolve coordination issues and obtain final customer sign-off and acceptance.
Proven track record.
