The Ductwork Project Manager will report to the Head of Projects. You will also be responsible to the Company Managing Director. The main purpose of the job is to manage projects from order through to completion and be responsible for all commercial elements of the ventilation and ductwork department. You will be working across the south east. MAIN DUTIES * Liaise with estimating staff and provide guidance when required / where necessary. * Liaise with all Client Project Managers. * Manage junior staff and provide guidance, support and understanding. * Issue orders to sub-contractors and suppliers. * Manage project budgets. * Prepare and agree contract variations. * Conduct site visits and surveys. ANY OTHER DUTIES * Answer incoming telephone calls. * Respond to emails as required. * Maintain and develop professional relationships with colleagues/suppliers/clients. * To adhere to, and promote the company’s policies, systems and procedures as set out in the company handbook
