Ollins Solutions is expanding, and we’re looking for someone hands-on and dependable to support our growing cold chain operations. We work closely with food manufacturers, logistics partners and exporters, providing cold chain packaging, mobile cold room solutions and temperature-controlled storage. This role is suited for someone who enjoys structured operational work and takes ownership on the ground.
Role Responsibilities
- Operate and manage mobile cold room systems
- Setup and monitor temperature control panels
- Ensure proper freezing and handling of various products
- Maintain operational safety and hygiene standards
- Troubleshoot basic equipment and temperature issues
- Coordinate collection and deployment schedules
- Maintain proper documentation and operational records
Requirements
- Familiar with cold room or refrigeration equipment operations
- Able to work independently and systematically
- Strong sense of responsibility and operational discipline
- Basic technical troubleshooting ability
- Experience in cold chain, logistics or food handling is an advantage
