The Daily Tray is a new neighbourhood diner/deli concept opening in East Dulwich. Inspired by classic NYC diners, old‑school city delis, and much‑loved UK greasy‑spoons, by night, the space shifts into a NYC and Detroit‑style pizza spot! We’re creating a warm, bustling, community‑focused space serving honest, affordable comfort food.. . We are looking for an Assistant General Manager to join us, who has a passion for warm service & leading great teams. Previous management experience is essential, as well as working previously in a busy restaurant environment. We have a very exciting journey ahead and joining us, could mean a very exciting journey ahead for you!. .
