Apply for Graphic Designer & Visual Stylist at Ollie & Nic in Lewes, ENG, GB. This full‑time on‑site position offers great opportunities for career growth. We are a women's handbag brand rooted in considered design and a strong visual identity. As we grow, we’re looking for a talented individual from a Graphic Design background who also has strong styling skills to become the creative force behind everything our audience sees. This is not a production role. We are not looking for someone to simply execute briefs handed to them. We are looking for a creative who can collaborate with the team on our trading calendar & handbag collection, identify creative themes from this, create the sets for photographs to be taken, then produce polished digital content for our channels.

You will have a strong visual eye and also have previous experience in Graphic Design to be able to take raw imagery to marketing‑ready content using our in‑house studio. You will be a key member of our small team based just outside Lewes, East Sussex, working directly with the business owners. If you have a genuine creative eye, an instinct for aesthetic imagery, and the technical skills to bring your ideas to life across both the physical and digital worlds, this role was built for you.

What You’ll Do
  • Digital Design & Content Creation
    • Design and produce paid social ads (Meta) optimised for performance without sacrificing aesthetics.
    • Create organic content for Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms – static, carousel, and short‑form video.
    • Build compelling email marketing campaigns – designing templates, seasonal sends, promotions, and automated flows (working with Klaviyo or MailChimp is a plus).
    • Produce any other digital design work the brand requires: lookbooks, press assets, packaging concepts, gifting inserts, and more.
  • Creative Direction & Visual Styling
    • Conceive and build photographic sets, scenes, and flat lays from scratch – sourcing props, styling products, and composing shots that feel fresh and intentional.
    • Style handbags in context: on models, in lifestyle settings, and in still‑life arrangements, with a consistent eye for light, texture, and mood.
    • Develop and evolve our visual language across seasons and campaigns, ensuring a coherent aesthetic across every touchpoint.
    • Research trends in fashion, interiors, photography, and visual culture to inform creative direction.
  • Brand Consistency
    • Be the guardian of our visual identity – maintaining consistency in typography, colour, tone, and composition across all channels.
    • Contribute to the ongoing development of brand guidelines as we grow.
About You
  • You will have either a Degree Qualification relevant to the role or have worked in a similar position for a minimum of 2 years.
  • An instinctive eye for product styling, colour, composition, and light.
  • A strong, distinctive portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and visual styling/art direction – ideally within fashion e‑commerce, or similar e‑commerce industries.
  • Proficiency & confidence in Photoshop (must have skill).
  • Experience with video editing for social content (CapCut or similar).
  • Have worked with / are familiar with Klaviyo, MailChimp or similar block‑building platforms.
  • A genuine understanding of how content performs across digital channels – not just how it looks, but how it works.

  • Strong attention to detail and the discipline to maintain quality at pace.

  • Experience shooting and styling within a fashion or accessories brand.
  • Knowledge of Shopify or similar e‑commerce platforms.
