£27,497.64 basic per annum (up to £4k bonus plus uncapped commission structure)

We are recruiting for an office based Project Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly, focused and supportive team. Olleco operates in the recycling and renewable energy sector, meaning the successful candidate will become part of a company making a difference in the fight to impact climate change.

The Project Customer Service Advisor plays a key role in supporting companywide customer initiatives and projects while ensuring a high level of service. The role focuses on proactive customer engagement, identifying opportunities for additional orders, managing at-risk accounts, troubleshooting, and driving positive customer outcomes through effective communication and project coordination.

A little bit about the role:

  • This is a phone-based customer service role taking inbound and making outbound calls.
  • Most of the work is computer based with lots of communication and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Support and deliver customer focused projects across the business to improve service, retention and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and manage at-risk customer accounts, proactively engaging with customers to resolve issues and retain business.
  • Conduct customer gain conversations to understand needs, strengthen relationships, and promote relevant products or services.
  • Identify opportunities to secure additional orders and revenue through proactive customer engagement.
  • Track, monitor, and report on project progress and customer outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project updates, and opportunities within company systems.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve customer processes, service delivery, and project outcomes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the overall customer experience.
