Immediate Start Fixed Term Contract to end of August

Location: Elgin, Moray

Salary: £27,497.60 per annum based on 40 hours per week, additional hours worked up to 48 will be paid for at basic rate.

The job involves:

  • Accompanying the driver on daily rounds throughout our region, delivering fresh cooking oil to restaurants and collecting waste cooking oil
  • Interacting with up to 50 customers a day
  • Aiding the driver to locate new delivery locations
  • Filling out round sheets and invoices
  • Unloading used cooking oil from the vehicles back in the yard
  • Loading vehicles with fresh stock ready for the next day
  • Working as part of a team to ensure the site runs efficiently

We are looking for:

  • Hardworking people with the desire to progress and gain knowledge
  • Reliable attitude
  • A car or moped driving licence
  • At a minimum, GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent)

Please note, this role involves early hours, starting between 04:00 and 06:00 am. The role can involve moving and carrying weights in excess of 20kgs, and we will provide manual handling training and medical screening to the successful candidate.
