OLIX is seeking a Talent Director to scale the recruiting function from ~200 to 1,000 people across London, Bristol, Austin, San Francisco and Toronto. You will personally lead senior and executive searches, shaping the hiring bar and AI-enabled processes in a founder-led environment.
You will build a world-class recruiter team, develop scarce-talent playbooks, and partner with the executive team on workforce planning while expanding OLIX’s talent brand globally.
