Store Manager £28-30,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an incredibly successful fashion retail business as a Store Manager. Role Responsibilities:
- Providing the highest level of customer service to customers, ensuring that they receive an amazing in-store experience.
- You’ll be passionate and knowledgeable about the product range.
- Leading from the front with a hands-on approach, you’ll be responsible for leading, driving and motivating the team.
- You will have the autonomy to influence where stock is merchandised in your store so you’ll use your commercial knowledge and creative flair to ensure that the store is merchandised and presented to the highest standard.
- Achieving exceptional standards, financial objectives and KPI’s, analysing sales figures and forecasting future sales.
- Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers.
- Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control.
- Proposing innovative ideas to increase market share.
- Maintaining store staffing levels by recruiting, selecting and training employees.
- Having overall responsibility for all aspects of the success of the store and store team.
About You…
- You’ll have management experience, gained within a store-based retail role.
- Whilst it’s preferable that you’ll have experience of working in fashion retail, candidates will be considered who have a passion for fashion.
- You’ll have a proven track-record of delivering high standards and great results.
- You’ll be a people person with the ability to lead, manage and motivate your team.
- Your customer service will be second-to-none and you will thrive in an environment which is centred around providing extraordinary service.
