Role Responsibilities

1. Perform detailed commercial, financial, and business analysis of market developments and events relevant to the Olivetree Catalyst offering.
2. Conduct research on new datasets to support and expand Catalyst-related insights.
3. Identify and prototype industry-leading predictive tools and products within the Catalyst area.
4. Produce all Catalyst-specific content, including research reports, data-driven insights, and marketing materials.
5. Prepare and distribute regular Catalyst-focused reports, such as event analysis, quarterly updates, and trading observations.
6. Maintain and update all marketing materials related to the Olivetree Catalyst offering.
7. Provide the Catalyst Sales Trading team with timely, actionable content aligned with team objectives.
8. Collaborate with sales colleagues to integrate Catalyst content into client-facing activities.
9. Assist in presenting Catalyst-related insights and products during client meetings.
10. Develop reports highlighting actionable insights, including outliers, anomalies, and trends within Catalyst data.
11. Leverage advanced tools to enhance Catalyst content quality and impact.
12. Deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders and clients, demonstrating the Catalyst team’s value.
13. Innovate content strategies to boost Olivetree’s Catalyst marketing capabilities.
14. Perform any other ad hoc duties as required.

The Ideal Candidate Disposes Of

1. Strong understanding of equity markets, Catalyst events, and institutional trading strategies.
2. Experience in managing research content and building client relationships through innovative offerings.
3. Knowledge of Behavioural Finance Research market offerings.
4. Understanding of varying market conditions.
5. Familiarity with Capital Markets infrastructure.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
8. Ability to work independently and within a team.

This role is regulated under the FCA\’s Senior Manager\’s and Certification Regime.
