Employment Type: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, between 8am–6pm

Location: London HQ (Lambeth/Oval). This role is hybrid, with 3 days in the office.

Are you an organised multitasker who loves travel, data accuracy, and beautiful destinations?

Oliver’s Travels is seeking a Product Assistant to support our portfolio across Portugal and Croatia, as well as Montenegro, Slovenia, and Finland.

Although this role will focus on Portugal & Croatia, there will be lots of opportunities to work across other destinations, giving you a broader understanding of our portfolio and operations. Flexibility and teamwork are key to how we operate.

This is an exciting entry-level position where you’ll learn how the travel industry operates from the inside out. You’ll work closely with villa owners, suppliers, and our internal teams to keep our listings fresh, accurate, and inspiring, ensuring every guest has access to the very best our destinations have to offer.

What you’ll be doing

  • Adding and updating villa listings, availability, and content for Portugal, Croatia, and neighbouring destinations.
  • Writing and editing property descriptions to ensure high-quality, engaging, and accurate information.
  • Monitoring and managing regional inboxes, maintaining timely and professional communication with suppliers and property owners.
  • Liaising with the sales team regarding pricing, availability, and product updates.
  • Preparing and updating country-specific reports, spreadsheets, and data summaries.
  • Assisting with ongoing optimisation, content improvements, and product projects.
  • Building strong, positive relationships with internal and external partners.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic knowledge or fluency in Portuguese or Croatian is an advantage.
  • Confident using MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • A proactive, curious, and collaborative approach with a genuine interest in travel and destination management.
  • Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge or fluency in Portuguese or Croatian or Serbian is an advantage.
  • Experience within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • A creative flair for content writing and storytelling.
